Dr. Jemma Small is a Board-Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner and founder of Valour Mental Wellness LLC in Central Florida. With over 7 years of experience in outpatient psychiatry, she offers telepsychiatry services across the state of Florida.
Dr. Small earned her doctoral degree from South University in 2024. She earned her post-master’s certification at Regis College. She previously earned her certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner from South University in 2013.  Dr. Small serves clients across the lifespan and provides evidenced-based client-centered mental healthcare.

Dr. Small is a strong advocate for the healing power of laughter, embraces the idea that saying “no” can be a healthy and necessary boundary, and values aromatherapy as a supportive tool for emotional and mental well-being.
